Design Department

So we have our own team to create an exclusively innovative design for our clients. Supporting with digital technology, we transform every concept into a creative design, and forecast the market trends as well. We pay lots of attentions not only on its appearance or form, but also on its economic aspects.

Moulding

Moulding is an important part in the production process. It should be handled with precision for the best outcome. We have established a moulding division backed by many types of machineries, such as CNC and EDM.



These machineries can help us to examine all aspects of the process and achieve a precise mould.

Production

Our production department is responsible for preparing everything needed in every production stage. Together with other departments, the production department carries out its best performance to achieve an efficient production process.

Quality Control

Quality Control is an important part in the production process. We aim at producing high quality products and it challenges us to maintain and control the quality. We have used raw materials of "Food Grade" certification to control our quality products. Our commitment to deliver quality products has motivated us to apply and develop a system of Material Test, Packaging Strength Test, Bacterial Test, and Fungal Test in the laboratory. Our laboratory has responsibilities to make sure and verify each product we have produced is hygienic. Through this high standard of quality, we can build a strong confidence to enter world market and meet the expectations of our customers.
